Bad install breaks voice from intercom

Hi,I recently wired my Ring Intercom to an ELVOX 8870. The intercom chimes and unlocks, but the people outside using the system don't appear to be able to hear anyone in the building talking any more. We can hear people outside but they don't talk since they can't hear us talking to them, so it's kind of useless.I have pictures of the before and after wiring. But not sure where to post them.Thanks,Dave
