I am having an extremely difficult and frustrating time trying to sort out both my original Ringbell and a new Ringbell purchased a few few weeks ago. I am on a basic plan which suits me fine and would like to continue on that plan which is paid for annually and expires June of this year. I would also like to continue using my old Ringbell as live only no video storing. Unfortunately, the subscription was subscribing to the old Ringbell which incidentally no longer rings and the new ring bell was live only. I did get in touch with Ringbell chatline who said it’s perfectly okay for me to swap those over but couldn’t give me decisive instructions on how to do this. I therefore tried ringing Ringbell on two different telephone numbers however it rang a couple of times on one number then cut me off ! The second number failed. I then joined a Facebook page and was given instructions which I have tried… I now have the new Ringbell installed and working however not saving videos , although I  am still paid up until June this year and I have no idea how I can connect these two things together. Once I have hopefully sorted out this problem I will endeavour to connect my old Ringbell to just live view. 

This  should be such a simple thing to do however I feel Ringbell are making every step difficult. Surely the chat line should have been able to give me instructions on how to safely swap my two accounts, especially after they told me I absolutely could do this.
