Hi. So if someone presses my ring doorbell I get a notification arrive on my phone. When I click on this notification straight away it attempts to open the ring app and go to the live view of associated camera. However, it’s a blank screen with a loading circle and by the time it connects if at all, the person is no longer there. Have to exit the app completely and then open live view on the doorbell again for it to load. I have attached a screenshot of my camera device health. Could someone please help so this loads straight away when someone rings. My internet is 1gbps if that helps.
