Modes Home & Away not showing on Ring app on iPhone

Hi,On my wife's iPhone she doesn't see modes Home & Away on the Ring app.

Hi @user_18ec3b. What Ring devices do you have, and which Ring Home plan are you subscribed to? Is your wife added as a Shared User?

Hi,Internal 2G camera , Home plan is Standard & yes wife is a shared user.

Hi @user_18ec3b. Try having her check to see if she is on the correct Location. You can reference this Help Center article here. If she is on the "All Cameras" location, that could be the reason she doesn't see her Modes.
