App isn’t allow me to log in

On the app I can create a new account and log in but when I try login with my existing account it says “Ring Services are temporarily unavailable. Check our status page for updates and try again later.” However the status page suggests everything is optimal. Any ideas how I can go about this?

Hi @user_216248. Are you using the Ring app on a phone or tablet? Do you have an active VPN on that phone or tablet? The Ring app isn't compatible with the use of a VPN, so having one can impact the app performance.
