Unbelievably bad (Edited per community guidelines)
All we want to do was give you £79.99 to extend his contract by 12 months..
My customer is disabled, his mother is in her 80”s and I am a 4 hour round trip away.
When I installed the multiple cameras and doorbell, bathroom light, extra three sockets and extractor fan the two hour journey was worth it for us all….
Ring, had all the information including old phone number which we changed to his new number when we fitted an additional camera, but Ring didn’t do it correctly…
We had the email, password but could not access the old phone… Ring put unbelievable stress on Mark and his elderly mother and made me loose almost a days labour to sort it out…
Ring (Edited per community guidelines) is shocking and as an electrician of 39 years (and I’ve been fitting ring for the last 10 years) I have never come across a company so unhelpful
Ironically, Marks mother was scared to leave her credit card details on file for auto renew as she doesn’t trust them

Hi @user_b2d88a. Ring devices can only be set up under one Ring account, which is then the owner account. Only the owner can make changes to account details, such as the phone number and payment method on file. These are the steps for how the account owner can manage their payment method for Ring subscriptions.
