Ring alarm app not working
I have a Premium subscription for my ring alarm.When i tried call the support they asked for a code there should be in the controle panel. The funny thing was i am unable to access anything in my alarm. Anyone else with the same issue and have anyone found a solution. There was 0% help from ring support even with a premium subscription

Going to throw all my ring kit away and go with another alarm company,from software outage today my alarm has stop working can't turn off leaving my house vulnerable to burglars it's been over 12 hours and ring can't resolve. Absolute rubbish.

They're rubbish, they have no contingency plan in place — absolutely absurd.

Yes it looks like the system is pretty vulnerable to a single point of failure. And there are no support from ring. Even with a subscription to the product. I can see my alarm is online again. But i will def. Look for another solution in the future.
