No phone chime when doorbell rung

For the last few months, when my Ring doorbell is rung, it chimes but does not notify my phone. Deleting and reinstalling the app fixes the problem - for an hour or so. By the next morning, it's stopped notifying my phone again. I have deleted and reinstalled the app 5 times now, and it's the exact same thing. I've left it a month in the hopes other people would complain and it would be fixed, but the same thing has happened again. Any ideas on a permanent solution, or how I complain to Ring without having to phone or sit on a chat?

Hi @Kzzinsky. What of phone is this and what version of the Ring app is installed? Do you have all permissions allowed and enabled? A little more information can help us identify what is happening.
