I have been paying for monitoring for the past few years. This morning around 3:00am my alarm went off. I turned the alarm off then went to answer the call. While trying to grab the phone I inadvertently declined the call. I was afraid and out of sorts due to the jolt from sleep. The call dropped. I thought that they would call back. They did not. They never called back. I have 3 phone attempt options, and not one of the other numbers was attempted. Not only that, they never called for emergency services.I am very upset that I am expected to pay for a service that does not work. Luckily the sensor had fallen which is what set the alarm off. However, I am terrified to think what would have happened (or not happened) if I needed emergency assitance. This is very disappointing. The service is getting worse and worse, and the change in options and the fees has not improved service.
