Transferring someone elses ring doorbell to me.
Hi all!
I recently moved into a new rental house in Australia and it has a ring doorbell. I asked the estate agent to get it transferred from the old owner to me.
Ive received a transfer email however when i click 'check status' it directs me to this web page:

Secondly, ive tried connecting to online chat help and I get this error:
403 ERROR
The request could not be satisfied.
