Ring Doorbell is dead and doesn’t want to charge

- I just disconnected my ring doorbell after the front and back door batteries had died for approximately three months. I charged the back door Ring and it charged right up. Using the same charger I tried the front door Ring and got nothing. No lights no hint of charging nothing. Am I missing something? Has this happened too many people? Hopefully it’s an easy fix. Any help is appreciated

Hi @user_cc1974. Make sure the charging cable is securely connected, and plugged into a working power outlet, then try to reset the doorbell by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds.
