Ring Doorbell 2nd Gen. Hardwired - Live View Low Battery Issue

Hi,

today I had problems with my Ring Doorbell 2nd Gen.

I want to use the Live View feature and I can't because the device has low battery.

However, it is powered by a 24V transformer and as you can see in the following screenshot, the device recognizes the wired power supply and the Power Output is at level 1, so everything seems fine to me.

I bought the device from Amazon ES two years and two days ago, and I've never had any problems. What can be done to resolve this issue?

Hi @user_b7d8d7. That Doorbell model is a battery-operated device that can be connected to hardwiring to help trickle charge the battery. If the battery drops too low due to various circumstances, the hardwiring will not be able to fully recharge it. You will need to unmount the doorbell and charge it using a Micro-USB cable.
