In January my battery stopped working I got told to send it back and then I would receive a new one, they’ve been telling me all this time it never arrived even though I sent it off and I finally found my tracking number and it was delivered 4 days after I sent it! I never got my new battery and have been lied to, absolutely disgusted by this behaviour from the customer support team
