Faulty Ring Doorbell 4
We purchased the Ring Doorbell 4 in September 2023 from Amazon. The doorbell is completely unresponsive. Actions we have taken:
- Battery and spare battery have been fully charged to check for issues.
- Attempted to reconnect to WiFi several times with no success.
- Removed and tried to reinstall device with no success.
Please advise if we are covered under warranty and doorbell can be replaced?
After all our actions it would appear this is a hardware / product issue. Our WiFi connection at home is working completely fine.

Hi @user_a75a10. Try factory resetting your Doorbell as well by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20 seconds. If you have tried this step and are still having the same concern, reach out to our support team on Facebook, X, or Instagram by sending a PM to @Ring for further assistance.

i have the same issue on my 2nd Gen, wont connect to wifi, wont factory reset, wont charge past a certain point just stops flashing blue.
