When I answer a ring it sends me to live view. Normally I can click on controls in bottom left and it shows the lock so I can unlock while seeing the live view. However now I cannot see any devices listed so have to close live view and open it from the dashboard. This causes delays and missed packages. Same thing is happening to my husbands app. We checked and all devices are still under one location.
