Won't charge past 32%

Why won't the solar charge the ring past 32%? It gets direct sunlight for about 4-6 hours per day and says it's connected! Do I have a lemon for a battery?

Hi @user_1f527b. It could be the Camera being used a lot more than usual and the Solar Panel is just maintaining the battery where it is. I recommend testing it by manually charging the battery and putting it back in the device to see what happens.
