Hi @PocketGopher. It looks like I answered your question about this in a thread found [here](https://community.ring.com/t/video-doorbell-not-recognizing-internet/19909/6). I'll share the steps down below again as well.
* Open the Ring App.
* Tap the 3 lines in the top left to open the Main Menu.
* Tap Devices and tap on the Ring Doorbell or Camera you want to look at.
* Tap the Device Health tile.
