What would the model name appear like in the app.
I purchased what I thought to be the most recent Battery Doorbell. When I look at Device Helth in the app, it simple says "Battery Doorbell". There's no additional information like Generation, year, Model 3 etc.
Further, in some publications I see mention the Ring Video Doorbell 4 is the most recent battery model. However, on Ring's site it says 2nd Gen is the most recent model.

Hi @gin704. If all you see is Battery Doorbell, then that is likely the device you have. In your order history, what is the device you purchased? Feel free to share any relevant screenshots.
