Video goes from light to dark

After a freeze, both my cameras stopped working, I reset them and one of the cameras video will go from light and slowly fades to dark, Night vision is working fine. But not the daylight video view. I have the 1st generation camera that has been replaced after my original one was stolen, the replacement has cause me issues since I received it. I believe it was a refurbish model. Any know how I can fix it? I don't thing they will fix this doorbell camera. their chat was pointless, no on on the other end, just pre programed questions and answers. took me a while to find a number I hope it actually works But for now I am hoping someone has a fix for me to try.
