Very disappointed in ring

I've been a customer of Ring for many years and have been happy until recently. My Doorbell Cam is very blurry and after spending about 30 minutes on the phone(with an individual who was very difficult to understand) I found that the device was not covered. My understanding was that the annual maintenance package that I pay, would cover Ring Device replacement. I was told that it did not even though the annual cost recently doubled. Very disappointing !

    Hi @user_b7eb02. Whether a device can be replaced is dependent on the warranty, which our support team is able to review. There is a standard warranty provided with new device purchases, which can be extended if you subscribe to a compatible Ring Home subscription before the standard warranty expires. You can learn more at https://ring.com/warranty/. I would also recommend following up with our support team @Ring on Facebook, X, or Instagram to see if there are any other troubleshooting steps or options available.
