Very disappointed in ring
I've been a customer of Ring for many years and have been happy until recently. My Doorbell Cam is very blurry and after spending about 30 minutes on the phone(with an individual who was very difficult to understand) I found that the device was not covered. My understanding was that the annual maintenance package that I pay, would cover Ring Device replacement. I was told that it did not even though the annual cost recently doubled. Very disappointing !

Hi @user_b7eb02. Although this is mostly true, there are some circumstance that may result in not being covered. For instance, if this was purchased as a used device, or if there was ever a lapse in Ring Home Plan coverage, you may not be covered under the warranty.
