I really don't find Ring intuitive. If I'm away & someone comes, how do I speak to them from my phone? When it happened I panicked & didn't know what to do.

    @ValCar When you get the notification on your phone that someone is there you need to tap it which will open the ring app and take you to a live view. There are then controls on the screen which activate the mic allowing you to speak with the person.
