This is absolutely mind numbing.Had ring doorbells for years. Moved to new house.Bought new ring 4 wireless doorbell.Trying to share with wife.Trying for over 2 hours.REDICULOUS PROCEEDURES.Wifes email invite has no accept share button.using generated code method now - will not accept code!!!It used to be very easy and quick. If nothing works this is going back to Amazon - will change brands.

If the Shared User is not able to accept the invite, try the following steps:* Remove the Shared User invite from your Ring App and resend the invite.* The Shared User can try accepting the invite using a different device like another phone, tablet, or computer.We also have this Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/211018223-How-to-Add-Another-Person-to-Your-Ring-Account) on how the Shared User process works.
