Security Screws for Video Door Bell 2nd Gen

Hello all!
I could not find the security screws for my video door bell and called the customer service but very poor connection and service, do someone know how can I request additional screws? Or can I buy via internet or something?

- CHi @Sungur. Most of our Doorbells use a T15 Torx for the security screw. You can check your local hardware store for this screw, or you can also purchase a [Spare Parts Kit](https://ring.com/products/spare-parts-for-video-doorbell-v2) from Ring.com for the Doorbell (2nd Generation).
