Ring Video Doorbell 3 Plus Night vision

Question

When I Google how to set up my RVD 3 Plus for night vision it says to tap the 3 lines  and select my device then open device settings and then video settings the turn on night vision. The problem is there is no night vision option listed. The side of the box it came in says night vision but there doesn't seem to be any way to enable it. Any idea how to do it?

Hi @tae111. The night vision will automatically turn on when the Doorbell records a motion, ding, or Live View and its view is dark enough to trigger the night vision. You do not need to manually enable it in the Ring app. I hope this helps clear things up! :)
