Hello, what would make my *Ring Video Doorbell 3 Plus* battery level indication actually increase. In other words, in the Ring app it was showing 80% then about an hour later it was showing 84%. It is running 100% off of the battery. There is no solar or power supply hooked up to the unit. Thanks

Hi @DrThunder. Do you have your Doorbell 3 connected to the existing doorbell circuit on your home? Wiring it like this will provide the Doorbell with a trickle charge that helps keep the battery topped off between charges, depending on the level of activity it sees. :)

Hi @DrThunder. What version of the Ring app is this happening on? Would you be able to provide a screenshot so I can share this with my team? You can also try resetting the Doorbell and reconnecting it to wifi to see if that will change the battery status. To perform a reset, press and hold the setup button for 20 seconds, then release. After this is complete, you can reconnect to wifi. I hope this information is helpful.
