- THi @user51434. Try opening your iPhone settings and selecting the Ring app. Toggle off the Allow Notifications and then turn off your phone. After a few minutes, turn your phone back on and toggle the Allow Notifications ON. Also, do you have [Modes for Cameras](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036107792-Control-All-of-Your-Ring-Devices-with-Modes) enabled? This Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/210266406-How-to-Troubleshoot-Ring-Notification-Issues-for-iOS-Devices) also some troubleshooting steps for you to try. Let me know how this goes.•

UI have the same problem and I feel very frustrated reading your reply. The original post explains in detail what he did and your first reply is suggesting exactly the same steps he just explained that he did. Don’t you have better replies to give or at least admit that your products might not work as intended and then pass these frustrated comments to your teams to fix the issues?
wish I could come here and find a solution. Not money well spent if this does not work as intended.

THi @user_e12282. The troubleshooting steps I listed in my response were not steps that they said they attempted. This is why these steps were shared. If you are having this issue, I suggest following Caitlyns suggestion to contact our support team so they can have a closer look at this.

- UHello, I did as you suggested and still didn’t work! The issue is, it is very random! Some days I get alerts and some days I don’t and there is no logical reason why this would be the case. Today for example, I am getting nothing from either cameras or doorbell! As per usual, all notifications are registered in the app, but I am just not getting notified on my phone consistently ..it is very frustrating!•

- CHi @user51434. The only other thing that could be suppressing notifications is if you have Do Not Disturb mode toggled on. This is a setting on your iPhone and it would prevent notifications from coming through when it's turned on. If that setting is not on, and the troubleshooting steps shared by Tom do not work, you'll need to reach out to our [support team](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406#callus) for additional assistance.•
