Ring doorbell stopped detecting motion

The ring doorbell just doesn't detect anything.
No settings have been changed, wifi is fine, i can use live view fine.
I don't want to see any posts asking about motion settings etc as they have not changed and are all on a they should.
I hands reset it etc and nothing.
