Ring Doorbell only recording when activated

Doorbell only records when activated. I pay an annual fee for extended recording but it’s not working. According to Ring Support, Ring Door Bell only record when activated. I beg to differ see attached. HelpIs appreciated.

Hi @3449fdffc7d4bd661d15b562370841. Your Ring Doorbell will record when motion is detected, when someone rings the Doorbell, or when you activate the Live View. It does not record continuously, but you are able to adjust the Video Recording Length for [battery powered](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360040293791-Adjust-the-Video-Recording-Length-on-Your-Battery-Powered-Devices) and [wired](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360049667572-Adjust-the-Video-Recording-Length-for-Wired-Devices) Doorbells.
