My rechargeable ring doorbell has been offline for days. It has a full charge, it has a strong WiFi connection. We did not change WiFi companies or plans, we did not move our router or device. Nothing was moved between them. We’ve tried hard resetting. It came back on once for a few hours then did the same thing. It’s been unseasonably cold here but not below zero. I need a camera that functions in all weather. I’ve tried chatting in the app but it’s a generative ai bot. I’m not wasting the world’s water to talk to a bot. I tried what it suggested but it didn’t work anyway. Several other people in my area are reporting the same issue on the neighbors app. What is going on and when will it be resolved?
