So I installed my ring door bell and chime today and it worked briefly, now the bell has gone ‘offline’ and won’t reconnect to my wifi. There’s no issues with my wifi, I followed all the troubleshooting steps to try to get it to work and nothing seems to be working! the doorbell just keeps telling me there’s an issue with the wifi which I know there isn’t! Has anyone had this problem and any suggestions how to fix it please!
