Ring Doorbell (gen 2) not connecting and chime pro
Has anyone had issues with connecting their ring doorbell gen 2 to their wifi? I recently bought a chime pro 2 (2nd gen) to connect to my wifi which it said it is connect to my wifi but is showing offline. I called customer service and it was basically a dead end situation. I’ve tried troubleshooting, resetting my wifi, moving my chime and doorbell on top of my wifi router. I am running out of ideas as I am getting frustrated with both of these products. I feel like I wasted money so really any help or working solution would be greatly appreciated after 2 weeks of dead ends.

Hi @user81753. To clarify, is it the Chime Pro that is showing as offline? The Chime Pro will need to be set up and connected to your wifi network in order to connect your Ring Doorbell to it. We have some troubleshooting steps for the Chime Pro here, which may help. If you’re receiving a specific error message or seeing a specific light on the Chime Pro when trying to set it up, feel free to share a screenshot or image demonstrating what you see.
