Our Ring Doorbell has worked fine and from one day to the next it only records and notifies as we are exiting door. It no longer records people walking up to door. We have not moved camera.

    Hi @user38663. I would start be cleaning the Doorbell with a soft cloth and a mild cleaner. Next, review your Motion Settings and make some adjustments if needed.
