no spinning white mode
I've recently changed my internet provider, so am trying to reset my ring doorbell. I've recharged the battery, I've switched off and reset the new internet router. Ive then followed the ring instructions and it prepares set up and I press the orange button. It fails to go into white spinning mode. I've started again and reset the ring by pressing the orange button for 20 seconds. repeat whole process, same result. Any ideas?

Hi @user_6978b0. Resetting the Ring doorbell was a good troubleshooting step to try. Try continuing in the setup process after resetting the doorbell and pressing the setup button. If it does not allow you to continue with the setup, please follow up with our social support team @Ring on Facebook, X, or Instagram to troubleshoot further.
