- 8I have similar ring pro connection problems. rebooted device, phone, turned off wifi-assist, blue tooth, reset doorbell but keep getting a "unable to join the network Ring_..." Any suggestions? I never really get a white light to spin quickly. Mine seems to spin slowly once then pulse instead.•

CHi @8Bucks. If you haven't already, reset your Doorbell Pro by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is done, attempt to complete the setup process in the Ring app again. If you have access to a different smartphone or tablet, try completing the setup on there as well. If neither of those suggestions work, review the troubleshooting steps in [this](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/217240386-In-App-Setup-Failing-Repeatedly) Help Center article.
