I want to use my Original Doorbell Chime

I just Installed my Ring Video Doorbell. Why did I have to disable my old doorbell chime. I still want to hear the 'Ding Dong' from the original chime. How can I get this to work or does Ring FORCE me to purchase their Doorbell chime?

HI @GinAlan. If you're using the [Video Doorbell Wired](https://ring.com/products/video-doorbell-wired), it will not ring your internal chime kit. To hear audio alerts in your home, you can pair the Doorbell Wired with a Ring Chime or a compatible Alexa device. If you're not sure which model of Doorbell you have, you can check the original packaging or the Device Health Page and it will list which model of Doorbell you have. :)
