Doorbell shows Solar status: connected but not using solar?

I have a 2nd gen doorbell. It is only on battery power, do not have a solar charger. Solar status says connected. Is that normal?

Hi @user_82e83f. Open the Ring app and select this doorbell. Tap on the Device Settings Menu and the General settings menu and you should see an option to select the power mode. Also, you can reset the doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then releasing it. Let me know if this was helpful.
