Delayed motion and doorbell notification by about 10 seconds recently
I have noticed that recently my Ring notifications (of motion or doorbell) seem to be delayed by about 10 seconds. My wife and I both have iPhone 11's (I am updated to iOS 18.5) but my wife is notified about 10 seconds earlier than me on her iPhone when someone is at the door or motion. Its quite annoying as I used to know before someone arrived at the door, but now they have often left before I get to the door. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I could do - my ring was fine until recently when it started delaying, and I dont think I have changed anything

Hi @user_54a920. Try rebooting your router to see if it helps. Can you also try turning off the wifi on your phone and see if it does the same thing when your phone is on mobile data?
