Hi, just installed doorbell 3 and a chime 2. Is there any way of setting the chime to alert only and not have Voice coming out of it when I talk to someone at the door. Thanks

Hi @LeeW808. Is the voice coming from the Doorbell? If so, you are referring to [Smart Responses](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360056808171-How-to-Set-Up-Ring-Quick-Replies-in-the-Ring-App-). You can disable this feature by following these steps: - Open the Ring app - Choose the menu button (three lines in the upper left corner). - Select your Video Doorbell - Tap Smart Responses - Toggle off Quick Replies I hope this helps!
