I recently upgraded from the Gen 2 to the Battery Doorbell because the former stopped working. Gen 2 captured any and all motion. Smart motion I think was on. Now the new Doorbell picks up motion when it wants to. Person needs to be standing in front of camera for a long time before it picks them up. A car can drive by one time and another time it won't pick it up. It will pick up people going up and down the stairs once and the next few times it won't catch anything. I've rebooted, disconnected and reconnected, changed the motion sensitivity, turned off and  Smart Alerts, and change zone areas. Nothing is a perfect fix that I need. There must be something wrong with the actual software at this point.
