Update Will Not Install Spotlight Cam Plus
troubleshooting

I noticed my camera was disconnecting from my WiFi. Went through resetting the device several times and it was attempting to install an update. 

Installation failed. However it did reconnect to the network but kept disconnecting. I have a hunch this update is the culprit. I’ve read other posts that there is no solution and tech support doesn’t provide help even with replacing the camera. 

Am I missing something?

    Hi @user_fbd690. What is the RSSI for this device? This information is located in the Device Health menu. Is your network 2.4GHz, 5GHz, or does it automatically switch between the two? This information will give me a better idea of what is going on.
