Unable to live view
wireless-security-cameras
I’m unable to live view while using mobile data. Works fine when connected to wifi. Tried reloading the app and restarting phone but no difference.

    Hi @Ray27. Since the Live View works while you're connected to wifi but not on mobile data, it's possible there is a setting with your mobile data that is preventing the Live View from working. I'd suggest checking these settings on your phone and also ensuring any VPNs are disabled as well. If the Live View still doesn't work via mobile data, you may want to reach out to your cell phone provider to make sure there are no problems with your data plan.
