Unable to connect my spotlight cam plus to the wifi

Hi,
My ring spotlight cam has been working well but suddenly it has stopped working. It shows it is “online” in the app but I am unable to view live view or recording.
I have tried troubleshooting and reconnecting it to wifi and rebooting. I have two other ring devices and they work just fine. Can you please help me resolve this?

Hi @user_62c6fd. While attempting to connect, what light pattern do you see on the bottom of the cam? This will let us know how to troubleshoot.
