Spotlight camera does not run on both batteries
We have several spotlight cameras, and two of the cams that were running two batteries each. Both have stopped running on the second battery. The app sees the second battery with full charge, but the device says "battery low" when the first battery gets below 30%. I have reseated batteries, swapped them, run on just one battery for a while, then reinstalled the second battery. Both cameras still only using one of the two batteries.
Both cameras. Sounds like an App problem, or firmware, not a camera or battery issue.
