Having network issues with my spotlight cam plus. So trying to use the reset button on top of camera to reconnect to chime pro Z wave but think button might be stuck. Should there be any tactile feel, or sense of button depressing when pressing down?

    Hi @user12925. You should feel a slight push when pressing the button, and you should also hear your camera enter setup mode. When this happens, you'll see the light on the upper left-hand side, near the camera lens, flash blue. Additionally, the camera will announce that it's in setup mode. If the camera doesn't enter setup mode, try performing a factory reset by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds.
