selling a camera without the correct plug
installation
I am in Ireland. I've bought 3 indoor cameras from the European store. They only came with two pin European power adapters, and Ireland uses three pin (the same as UK). Half an hour on the phone to support and they say I either need to send the cameras back for a refund, or go and buy an adapter.
Why would Ring sell a product to Ireland which isn't equipped to be used in Ireland? (Yes, I could order from the UK store and get the correct plug, but then I'd have to pay about 33% in import duties and taxes on top of the retail price).
