Ring camera/floodlight - light is full of water, device no longer works.

I am starting a new conversation since RING closed the old conversation. I don't understand why an outdoor camera/flood light device is not water-tight! This is not "condensation" - the light is practically full of water. Here is my post from the closed conversation.I have this same issue. At first, it appeared that I was having a battery issue. Bought the solar panel and that seemed to help. Now my camera/light is not working at all. Has anyone gotten a resolution to this issue? My camera/light is slightly more than a year old - it worked well for the first few months, then we started to try to resolve what we thought were the issues. I now believe the whole device is defective. RING - please assist!!!
