Ring camera, no longer able to live view
So up to 3 days ago, my ring camera pro was working perfectly. Since then I have not been able to access live view.
I contacted live chat, and they informed me that there is a "known" issue currently with the live view. But still, the assistant made me jump through hoops before explaining this.
On her direction, I reset my router, uninstalled the ring camera app, reinstalled it. Then factory reset the camera etc etc. Firstly, if there is a "known issue" why did I have to do all of that. Secondly, all of the systems that are listed in the ring app are according to ring, live and have no issues.
Why were we not informed of this at an ongoing issue?
And if like me you are paying for a ring plan per month, are we going to be refunded for the time that our devices cannot access what we pay for.
Also, why is the live chat "closed as it's out of hours" at 11am UK time.
Utterly ridiculous
