I have the same question! Our household shares the RING app, and someone deleted a video, that should not have been deleted. I would like to retrieve this video! Is there a way!?

I completely agree with this issue. THIS IS THE MOST STUPIDEST FUNCTION. 1- MUST HAVE A WAY TO CONTROL USERS ABILITY TO DELETE 2- MUST HAVE A WAY TO RECOVER DELTED VIDEOS/CONTENT

Yes, this is ridiculous!!!! I need the footage from yesterday for something very important and I accidentally deleted the one I needed. How to retrieve this?????

I am also so frustrated with fact that you can not retrieve for at least 30 days mistakenly deleted videos. I have a few deleted on 12/31/21 that is of the most importance that will cost me a good penny that was needed for court. In this modern age of savvy tech there must be a way to retrieve MY videos. If there is anyway at all possible please let me know. Thank you

Once videos have been deleted, either manually or because the video storage time has passed, they cannot be recovered. There are no backups stored in order to protect your privacy. We always recommend downloading any videos you need to keep, either to your phone or your computer.

You really should give users the ability to recover accidentally deleted videos. Even if it's just a 30 day window of recordings. It baffles me that you don't have this functionality, and clearly people have been begging you for several years now to add it.
