One of the stickup cams no longer provides Live View

I have got a Doorbell, two outdoor stickup cams (battery), all are working fine except one of the stickup cam is not able to provide any Liveview since last week. (apps or website both not working)


I have tried to reconnect wifi, deleted and added the cam again, also restarted the router, all did not help.

The cam health-check works, I can see it regularly gets updated.

From event history, I can see motion detected, but it cannot load the video.

No change in WiFi / router / ISP

    Hi @orbulat. Those were excellent steps to take for your concern. I would also recommend factory resetting your Camera by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds, then reconnecting it to your Wi-Fi. If you have tried this step and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
